- Construction of a new Guard House and Gate System at the main entrance of the Liberty Hill Golf Course and Conference Center.
- Implemented a temporary road to ensure uninterrupted access to the project site and facilitate the installation of new sitework, the guard house building, and masonry piers/gates without disrupting traffic flow.
- Coordinated the installation of all new incoming utilities, including power and communications, which required running them from the main clubhouse across the golf course.
- The Gate House was constructed with a wood frame, complemented by masonry and wood paneling, and featured a standing seam roof. The Gates consisted of masonry piers supporting Spanish cedar wood gates that were integrated with the building’s access control system.
