Construction of a new Guard House and Gate System at the main entrance of the Liberty Hill Golf Course and Conference Center.
Implemented a temporary road to ensure uninterrupted access to the project site and facilitate the installation of new sitework, the guard house building, and masonry piers/gates without disrupting traffic flow.
Coordinated the installation of all new incoming utilities, including power and communications, which required running them from the main clubhouse across the golf course.
The Gate House was constructed with a wood frame, complemented by masonry and wood paneling, and featured a standing seam roof. The Gates consisted of masonry piers supporting Spanish cedar wood gates that were integrated with the building’s access control system.
