Renovated the interior of the 1920’s era 1518 Walnut Street Building, maintaining key features from the initial construction, including the large, vaulted ceilings, and interior marble cornice work. Accented the exterior of the building with a Heath Ceramic Tile portal way to make an introduction to Philadelphia for Levain, with their unmistakable opal blue color-way.

Full-height oak and walnut panels, with beams spanning the bakery, were lined with brass trim and accents.

Close collaboration with the Owner, L&I, Utilities, and Health Department was required to help fast-track this project over the summer.
