Managed phased remodel of active lounge servery areas and multiple restrooms located above the BC Connector at Philadelphia International Airport, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.

Restroom refinishing scope included Thrislington partitions, accessories, vanities, equipment repairs, ADA accommodations, mechanical fixtures, painting, and floor and wall tiling.

Upgraded bar servery area with food-safe LVT flooring and custom millwork with hot and cold stations protected by Versa Gard adjustable glass screening, finished with quartz countertops and white Formica.

Coordinated with Michelle Robinson Design to facilitate tenant access for new electrical and plumbing connections.
