• Careful and meticulous coordination with Tenant, Building, Construction Management and Design teams was the theme of this unique space which was designed to provide a ‘world class work environment’ and meet Compass’s new branding standards.

• The project included careful reworking of an existing glass partition system, new ceilings and specialty lighting, as well as, the introduction of several new gathering spaces.

• Extensive upgrades were made to the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems to achieve the new layout.

• The project was rounded out with updated Core Restrooms to provide a much needed contemporary aesthetic for the Tenants.
