Widely respected in the construction industry, Jeff Tabery is responsible for leading D’Lauro and Rodgers’ management team, as well as working closely with our clients and their partners, to ensure the successful delivery of every project.
Jeff was brought into D&R by previous president and founder Al Ferraro, who was instrumental in creating the culture of commitment to quality and trustworthiness that has been the cornerstone of D&R’s success. After Al’s retirement from the company, Jeff continues to embody D&R’s core values of integrity, loyalty, and client commitment while drawing from his unparalleled expertise and strong flair for innovation to produce excellent results.
On a day-to-day basis, Jeff devotes much of his time to overseeing all of D&Rs projects, ensuring that all schedules are met and that budget constraints are maintained. Following the completion of each project, Jeff prepares a detailed analysis of D&R’s schedule and financial performance, providing detailed and specific feedback into D&R’s bidding, budgeting, and project scheduling processes in order to maintain or improve each of these processes for future D&R projects.
“Collaboration is key to success” is the motto that Jeff lives by. He knows that it takes a team to complete a construction project, and he enjoys interacting with each team member throughout the life of a project. Whether it is the principal of an engineering firm in their office during the pre-construction phase or the laborer sweeping floors on the job site during construction, Jeff knows each person involved has a vital role and unless every role is performed well, the project cannot be a success.
Since entering the world of construction, Jeff created a reputation of being a hard worker, having incredible foresight, and finding creative solutions to complex problems. Prior to joining D’Lauro & Rodgers, Jeff drew on this knowledge to successfully manage a 100,000SF out of the ground design-build office/laboratory facility, which was the largest design-build project in the company’s history, and to later start-up and develop a successful Renovations and Interiors Department within a typically out of the ground construction company.
Jeff and his wife are active in their children’s sports leagues for Springfield Township in Montgomery County and participate in the Mattie N Dixon Community Cupboard’s Holiday Gift Program every year.
In his free time, Jeff likes spending time with his wife and two daughters at home, as well as watching sports, but rarely do those two coincide.
