The Two Liberty Place Amenity Center’s transformation redefines luxury living in the heart of Philadelphia. This renovation introduces a range of high-end features designed to enhance both leisure and productivity, with custom finishes and state-of-the-art facilities. Every detail has been meticulously crafted, making this location a unique place to live, work, and play. The project included:
- Renovation of an existing Amenity Space for the Residents of the Two Liberty Place Amenity Center that included installation of a new Lounge, Conference and Meeting Rooms.
- Gym spaces for free weights, cardio equipment, and yoga studio with massage room, locker rooms and bathrooms.
- Custom, high-end finishes were used throughout the space including the new community room with a fireplace, billiard table, and kitchen.
- A custom built indoor endless pool was a feature for the new space with application being handled on a Design/Build approach.
