• Minimal disruption to tenants in this University City high rise while completing general building improvements, constructing a new marketing suite, and renovating core restrooms.

• The lobby was expanded to create a new cafe with a contemporary design incorporating open cell ceilings, teak millwork, and stone countertops that compliment the original terrazzo flooring and millwork.

• Floors 12-16 were retrofitted with steel, fireproofing, stainless steel ductwork, and shaft assemblies in a way that supports future tenant fit-out needs.

• Space-optimizing sliding glass doors, rich wood-grain cabinetry, and ceramic tile backsplash contrast the exposed industrial appearance of the building structure highlighting a modern design approach to the Marketing Suite

• Comprehensive renovation was done to core restrooms on multiple floors including full-height toilet partitions with custom stained louvered doors, illuminated mirrors, and sleek, hands-free fixtures resulting in an elegant and functional design.
