• Successfully completed phased renovation of the 8th-floor office spaces & common area, lobby area, and exterior marquees without disruption to daily operations.

• Common areas including elevator lobbies and common corridor bathrooms were upgraded to create spaces that are aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. Design elements included custom millwork, new flooring, ceilings, painting, wall-covering, lighting, fixtures, and HVAC upgrades.

• A spacious and modern amenity center was constructed including a training room, pantry, lounge, and bathrooms.

• The building entrance was transformed with a stylish separation built to separate the Medical Offices and Tenants entrances. Other improvements in this area included a new terrazzo flooring, custom millwork in the banquet area, security turnstiles, and a secure and spacious bike room.

• The project was completed with the restoration of an existing historical marquee and the construction of 3 new separate canopies with signage that included structural steel and plumbing connections, lighting, ACM panels, and custom glass framing.
