D&R was awarded the Design Build contract for the renovation of an existing office space to convert it to an Oral Surgery Center for Paradigm Oral Health.
The project included construction of dental exam treatment rooms, consultation rooms, clean & dirty dental sterile rooms, new entrance, and reception areas along with new bathrooms and a break room.
The specific dental scope included underground piping for the new plumbing and medical vacuum system and overhead medical gas systems serving multiple exam rooms along with coordinating with the dental equipment supplier
