Fit-out of an existing shell space for Delaware Valley Community Health’s expanding HR and IT offices.
New finishes were installed along with new MEP services and infrastructure to support the updated layout of the space.
New lobby, meeting rooms, and common areas were added as key features to promote employee satisfaction and retention.
Design Build multi-level mechanical chase installed for rooftop equipment requiring direct coordination with the Building Managers and respective tenants to ensure there was no negative impact before, during or after construction.
