The Five Below headquarters was an occupied renovation, which included integrating the existing corporate atmosphere into a new state of the art classroom facility. Having a tight timeline along with several long lead items, this project was a direct coordination effort with all project stakeholders, including FiveBelow, Brickstone Realty, Interior Architects, Bala Engineering, D&R Construction, as well as, many subcontractors and vendors. The project included:
- Sound containment using of Certainteed Acoustic blanket panels on the classroom ceiling and a TURF Acoustical 3D wall panel system.
- Intricate architectural details including custom millwork, Light Wave Laser Metal Screen wall and Stair Risers.
- A functional custom made #5 conduit used on the front wall of the classroom space.
