This two-story fit-out was the third project for Renaissance on their campus in Lakewood, NJ. The three projects have similar architectural elements such as wood slat ceilings, stone countertops, and large cloud ceilings with linear pendant light fixtures.

• First project that included with an elevator & grand staircase.
• 30′ ceiling in the main lobby area with the challenge of access, safety, and finishes.
• Large stage built with scaffolding allowing all corners of the lobby to be finished beautifully.
