• Renovation to an existing Office Building into a learning institution with Administrative and expanded innovative Academic spaces allowing for enhanced learning through project-based learning.

• Pre-construction services were provided to assist in Value Engineering and Project Scope while maintaining schedule and keeping the goals of long term flexibility, cost-effectiveness and attractiveness.

• Interior work included reuse and reconfiguration of existing rooms while building out an open, colorful, non traditional design to inspire students to create and collaborate in a safe environment.

• Exterior work included new water mains for the additional restrooms, site grading to divert water away from the building and parking lot repair.
