Complete gut and renovation of an occupied and operational main lobby in a corporate office high-rise, in close collaboration with client and designer.
Off-hours work, phasing, and close coordination were required to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Executed the demolition and completion of the ceiling before finalizing the walls and floor. This approach extended the project duration but allowed overhead work to be completed during lighter foot traffic in the summer months.
Installed custom bleached white oak wood panels surrounding the new existing core walls, creating a cohesive monolithic look throughout the lobby.
Utilized large format ceramic tiles for the flooring, contributing to the overall aesthetic.
Incorporated a modular wall art assembly as an accent wall, enhancing the lobby’s visual appeal.
Removed and repurposed existing stainless-steel angles from the previous design, adding a unique touch that sets this lobby apart from others in corporate office buildings.
