- Successfully executed simultaneous renovation projects for two healthcare facilities in Delaware, involving complete gutting and renovation while ensuring operational continuity. The projects were carefully phased and closely coordinated to minimize disruptions.
- Implemented Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) measures, including daily inspections, to ensure the safety of patients and staff throughout the multi-phased projects.
- Designed and installed new lobby and reception desks to accommodate the growing number of patients, particularly during the pandemic, while providing a welcoming and functional environment.
- Completed the installation of MEP services and infrastructure to support the addition of new exam rooms, laboratories, and specialized equipment such as ultrasound, mammography, and DEXA.
