Project involved fit out of existing shell space in the Dekalb Plaza Shopping Center to create a modern and functional salon facility for Phenix Salon Suites, a national salon chain.
Performed the necessary base building modifications to subdivide the retail building and accommodate 32 individual salon professional suites, along with common areas and amenities.
Implemented a specialized control system for the new Roof Top Units, allowing each tenant in the salon professional suites to have individualized temperature controls for optimal comfort.
Created inviting and stylish common areas, including bathrooms, a utility/storage room, break room, and an entry lobby.
Common areas boast high-end finishes, such as chevron floor tiles, a mosaic glass wall, a custom water feature, carpet tiles, and wall coverings. These premium elements contribute to an upscale and luxurious atmosphere throughout the salon facility.
