• Various public spaces in this luxury Center City hotel were renovated while it remained fully operational. D&R organized work strategically ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

• A living wall focal point complimented by walnut wood flooring and matching custom marble reception desks was added to the reception area.

• D&R collaborated closely with the design team to renovate the restaurant with custom-built Gold patina metal panels, a radiused white marble bar top, and a black steel back bar shelving unit with unique modern light fixtures.

• The Fitness Center was upgraded with the installation of new flooring, mirrors, refreshment center, stone accent wall, and restroom.

• Several ballroom, pre-function, and meeting spaces were upgraded to improve functionality and aesthetic with custom carpet aligned with architectural features, metal and glass sliding doors systems to create a sense of flow between the different spaces, and strategic light placements to compliment displayed artworks.
